World of Electricals supplies products for the oil & gas, power generation, power transmission and telecommunications sectors in the U.A.E., Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and India. We also provide software and mobile application performance solutions in the MENA region.
We have been headquartered in the U.A.E. since 1978, where we deal with major public utilities and EPC contractors in all our markets. In the U.A.E., this includes the utilities Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), Sharjah Electricity & Water Authority (SEWA), Federal Electricity & Water Authority (FEWA), Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA), Abu Dhabi Transmission & Despatch Company (TRANSCO), Dubai Petroleum Company (DPC), Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Ltd. (GASCO), Emirates Telecommunication Corporation (ETISALAT) and Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Co. (du).
Prior to 1992, we operated under our former name, Al Hasher Traders.
